If you have what we are looking for, willing to enter into a fully paid 1 year training program earning a comfortable salary, and will relocate, this could be the opportunity you have been seeking. The training will be in Montgomery, NY and then you will take over a location at either Carlisle, PA or Elkton, MD or Bordentown, NJ. Must be willing to reside in anyone of these locations after training.

This is not a bench position, and therefore after training you will be taking over your own location.

You will train for about "somewhere in the Northeast USA" and then take more than likely take over our clients Montgomery, NY location.

Are you a general manager or District Manager with 5 years experience at the GM level and simply fed up with long retail, restaurant, automotive retail or hospitality hours ? Or, are you a "retired" senior enlisted person or retired mid-grade officer ?

Do you have a firm understanding of Profit & Loss, Scheduling, Motivation, Troubleshooting and Leadership ?

Do you feel unappreciated ?

Are you missing too many ball games, recitals or family events due to those long hours ?

Would you like to take those management skills youve learned and transfer them to an entirely different profession and one with a solid base salary and real growth potential ?

Are you a roll up your sleeves type, not afraid to get dirty type of manager who routinely jumps into the trenches to help your hourly staff ?

Established, financially strong and growing organization searching for dedicated General Managers. We are nearly 10 times larger than our biggest competitor.

Candidates offered this position will participate in an extensive training program, and will then in most cases, relocate at our clients expense to a permanent location to manage the overall functions of that site. Main responsibilities will include:

- Training and Coaching
- Building and Arranging the Facility Team
- Knowing and Committing to Company Standards
- Providing Essential Support
- Rewarding, Retraining and Holding Employees Accountable
- Observing, Evaluating, and Measuring

Requirements

- 5+ years of current or recent and proven General Manager or District Manager level experience
- Current/Recent Experience directly supervising 20 or more hourly employees
- Demonstrate a stable work history, no more than 3 employers in the last 10 years.
- Experience working with profit and loss statements
- Ability to train, lead, and motivate
- Excellent communication skills
